Terms and Conditions
General
- All rates quoted are Gross, including VAT of 14% where applicable and are subject to change.
- Rates are quoted per person per night on an inclusive basis and include: Accommodation, Game drives, all meals, teas and coffee, house wines, soft drinks local beers and spirits and game drive refreshments.
- Rates do NOT include: Telephone, premium spirit brands, premium wines, champagne, cigars, transfers or gratuities.
- A 30% single supplement is applicable to single occupants
Hopewell private game reserve can be reserved for your exclusive use.
Children
Hopewell is child friendly and we welcome all ages, however we do recommend a minimum age of 8 years (special arrangements can be made for younger children upon request).
Payment
- A 50% deposit is required to confirm the reservation.
- Payment in full is required 30 days prior to arrival.
- Amex, Master and Visa cards are accepted at the Reserve.
- On confirmation of the reservation, you will receive an invoice from reservations.
- Please fax or email bank transfer slip to Hopewell reservations.
Cancellation Policy
- 25% of fee if cancelled less than 30 days prior to arrival.
- 50% of fee if cancelled less than 14 days prior to arrival.
- 100% of fee if cancelled less than 48 hours prior to arrival.
We recommend that you take out insurance against cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances.
Arrival / Departure
- Rooms may be occupied from 14h00 on the day of arrival.
- Lunch will be provided on arrival, please advise reservations of your anticipated arrival time should you not be able to attend lunch .
- Rooms must please be vacated by 10h00 on the day of departure for the convenience of arriving guests.
Transfers
Transfers to and from Hopewell Game Reserve can be arranged for you, please make enquiries upon booking.
Special Needs and Catering Requirements
Please inform reservations of any special dietary requirements.
